Primate Behavior
(High School Level Course)
Taught by Dr. Lorna Joachim
June 26 - July 07
Course Cost: $3000

Tree Field Studies is pleased to announce the creation of a high-school level primate behavior course. Unlike similar courses offered to students abroad our course is taught by a college professor and will get students jazzed about science and the tropics. While the course is designed for advanced and or hardworking high school students we will consider all applications as they come in. Students do not have to have an extensive science background - though interest in science is a must. Furthermore, students do not have to have had a lot of outdoors experience but hiking, and camping experience is certainly beneficial. The course is designed to get students interested in field-based science in general and Primatology in particular so we expect students to be motivated to learn and prepare to have lots of fun.
